Artisan Sanjay transforms fine sterling silver into this vintage-inspired pendant featuring the iconic peace symbol. Originating back in the late 1950’s as a symbol for Nuclear Disarmament, the peace sign has turned into a meaningful fashion accessory representing world peace. This pendant is then encrusted with cubic zirconia gemstones, which adds a touch of sparkle. A great way to add a trendy 60’s vibe to whatever you are wearing, this beautiful pendant will look amazing on a chain or necklace of your choosing.

Artisan Sanjay was born in the beautiful city of Jaipur, in India. Born into a family of jewelers, Sanjay grew up around the beauty of shimmering jewels and polished stones. She was intrigued by the craft and she was anxious to learn how to create handmade original pieces. Her teacher was her father, who was a master craftsman. Sanjay’s family has been creating beautiful jewelry for centuries, going back to when Jaipur was a major city along the ancient spice trade route between Europe and China. Now many years later, Sanjay is now the proud owner of her own jewelry store located in the famous Johari Bazaar, which is one of the city’s oldest markets. We here at AeraVida are excited to partner with Sanjay and to share her amazing and unique creations with all of you.
"Hello, my name is Sanjay and I have over 20 years’ experience in the fine jewelry trade. I love to use sterling silver, various colorful stones and then mix them with my own imagination to create my jewelry. I take from what I have learned during my youth and combine that with modern techniques to get the best designs possible. In short, each piece that I make represents a small piece of me and my rich culture, which I enjoy sharing with the world. My partnership with AeraVida allows me to spread the beauty of India throughout the world and for that I am eternally grateful."
